So through out the month I will publish a bit of information about different types of injuries and First Aid emergencies to help you in any stick situation.

I will cover everything you need to know from what to look for and what do in a First Aid event. This will make you more confident and knowledgeable in case you are in that situation.

We will cover everything from CPR, Fainting, Epilepsy, and Choking. I will even cover illnesses to do with children like Croup and Meningitis.
